VigorBuy as a spare for KakoBuy rows, with a candid list of the terms we could not read

Checked and updated .

Short answer: VigorBuy's homepage answered on 12 October 2026, but its site sits behind a Cloudflare Turnstile check, so we could not read its terms and do not state its fee, storage or photo rules as fact. An earlier pass reported 90 days of storage, and sources disagreed on the fee. Trustpilot showed no score and 240 reviews. KakoBuy's published terms are clearer, so use VigorBuy for a small first order only.

What we know and what we could not read

Most agent pages on this site rest on the agent's own terms. VigorBuy is the exception. Its site sits behind a Cloudflare Turnstile check, and our tools stopped at it, so the terms page stayed unread when we checked the agents in early October 2026. The homepage itself responded on 12 October, so we label it Open, which means reachable and not endorsed.

What to read before you pay anything

Open VigorBuy in a normal browser, where the bot check passes, and note these five points. Each has a KakoBuy equivalent to compare it with.

  1. The service fee, in percent or yuan, and which marketplaces it covers. KakoBuy charges none beyond item cost and shipping.
  2. Free storage days, and what happens after. KakoBuy: 100 days, then ¥10 per order per 30 days.
  3. The free QC photo count and the price of extras. KakoBuy: extras are ¥2 each.
  4. Payment methods and their handling fees. KakoBuy names PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Wise.
  5. The return window. KakoBuy: 5 days after stocked in.

Screenshot each answer with the date. If any point is missing, treat it as unknown rather than free. The row check CSV has columns you can reuse for this.

If VigorBuy's terms are missing a point, assume the cost is not zero.

Reading the review count without a score

Trustpilot listed 240 reviews for VigorBuy on 6 October 2026 and 235 the day before, so five arrived in a day. That tells you people are using it, not whether they are happy. Sort by newest, look for repeated words such as "delay", "refund" or "stuck", and check whether the company replies. Do the same for KakoBuy, whose Trustpilot page showed 4.2 from 321 reviews on 12 October 2026, with slow delivery the theme in its newest complaints.

Read the newest dozen reviews, not the headline.

Where the KakoBuy side is clear

KakoBuy's help centre is explicit on the points above, as the fees page and storage page show. It also has its own flaws: the mid-August 2026 downtime, PayPal fees quoted as both 2.9% and 3.5% plus US$0.30, and an outdated customs table. The difference is that those flaws can be read and dated, and VigorBuy's cannot, from where we sat.

KakoBuy's terms are readable, so it should stay your base.

Moving a row anyway

We recorded no VigorBuy link pattern. Decode the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address from the KakoBuy link with the link converter, then paste it into VigorBuy's search box. Confirm the shop name and CNY price, and pay for that single order, without leaving money in the account.

Search by the original address, then keep the first order small.

Customs and other options

Customs depend on your country: Spanish buyers pay 21% import VAT from the first euro, as our Spain page explains for KakoBuy. VigorBuy's handling is unknown to us. If you want an agent with published terms instead, see the agents hub, which includes PinguBuy. The contact page has a QR for questions.

Questions buyers ask

Why can't you state VigorBuy's fee?

Its site sits behind a Cloudflare Turnstile check that our tools could not pass, so we never read the terms page. An earlier pass found that other sources disagreed on the fee. We would rather say we could not verify it than guess. KakoBuy's help centre, read on 12 October 2026, lists no fee beyond item cost and shipping.

What does Trustpilot say about VigorBuy?

On 6 October 2026 Trustpilot showed no score for VigorBuy but listed 240 reviews; the day before it was 235. A hidden score is a gap, not a verdict, and we have no reason to guess its direction. KakoBuy showed 4.2 from 321 reviews on 12 October. Read recent individual reviews, especially any about delays.

How many days does VigorBuy store items?

An earlier research pass reported 90 days, but we could not confirm it against VigorBuy's own terms because of the bot check. Treat it as unverified. KakoBuy's help centre gives 100 days, a reminder at day 90 and ¥10 per order per 30 days afterwards. Ask VigorBuy support for the number in writing.

Does VigorBuy have an app?

Our notes record an Android app, but we did not test it or confirm where it is distributed. KakoBuy's Android file is a direct APK on its own site, and its iOS app rates 3.6 from 148 ratings in the US store. Download any agent app only from the link on the agent's own site, never from a spreadsheet.

Should VigorBuy be my first backup for KakoBuy?

Not unless you can read its terms first. Agents with published fee tables, such as OrientDig or LoveGoBuy, give you numbers to compare. VigorBuy may well be fine, but a first order should be small, paid for by itself, and bought only after you have read its fee and storage text.
