About this site: an independent KakoBuy spreadsheet guide with dated sources

Checked and updated .

Short answer: Spreadsheet KakoBuy is an independent guide for people who shop from KakoBuy spreadsheets in the US, Germany, Spain, the UK and Canada. It is not run by KakoBuy. Facts come from KakoBuy's own help centre, announcements and estimator, read on 12 October 2026, and every page shows when it was checked. The site is funded by our separate WhatsApp buying service.

Why the site exists

KakoBuy spreadsheets are everywhere: on Reddit, Discord, TikTok bios and Telegram. They are made by buyers, not by KakoBuy, and they age quickly. This site helps you judge a row before paying for it and see what the parcel will really cost to reach you. It covers KakoBuy's rules, shipping to five countries, and the other agents a row can move to if KakoBuy ever stalls. Start with the KakoBuy spreadsheet guide or the KakoBuy facts sheet.

How we handle uncertainty

When KakoBuy's pages disagree with each other, we show both versions instead of picking one. When something isn't published, such as the number of free QC photos, we say so and label any community estimate as one. Third-party measurements are named with their source and interests. Our KakoBuy legitimacy check shows this approach on the most-asked question.

Our buying service

Separately from KakoBuy, we buy items for people who would rather not open an agent account: you send a link, we quote one delivered price, buy, photograph before dispatch and ship; you pay per order. The only way to reach it is the QR code on the contact page. It does not change what we write about agents.

Spotted an outdated figure?

If a fact here is out of date, send us the page and the newer source through the contact page. We recheck it against KakoBuy's own pages and update the date on the page. See also our privacy policy and the agent status list.

Questions buyers ask

Is this site part of KakoBuy?

No. We are not run, paid or endorsed by KakoBuy or any other agent named on these pages. We read KakoBuy's public help centre, announcements and shipping estimator, most recently on 12 October 2026, and report what they say, including the places where KakoBuy's own pages contradict each other, such as two different PayPal fees and two warehouse locations.

How does the site make money?

Through our own small WhatsApp buying service, which you can only reach by scanning the QR code on the contact page. We don't take commissions from agents and we don't print referral or invitation codes. The product photos in the image grids come from repbuysheet.com; the links on those photos are marked for search engines as paid placement.

How often are the facts rechecked?

Every fact carries the date we read it, and the main KakoBuy reading was done on 12 October 2026 across 142 help articles and announcements plus five countries in the shipping estimator. Agent statuses were checked the same day. When KakoBuy changes a rule or an agent closes, the affected pages get a new date rather than a silent edit.

Why don't you list branded items?

Because buying trademark-infringing goods can lead to seizure at customs in every market we cover, and KakoBuy's own terms prohibit such transactions. Our pages explain how sheets, agents, fees and shipping work and how to check a row. Which items you choose is your decision, and we would rather give you the rules than a list of brands.

Who writes the pages?

Pages are researched and written by the site's small editorial team under the spreadsheet-kakobuy byline, then checked line by line against the source notes by a reviewer who did not write them. We don't publish personal test orders or reviewer quotes we can't show, and where a figure comes from a third party, such as rep.tools, we say so and mention its affiliate interest.
