What we collect
Nothing through forms: the site has no sign-up, comments or newsletter. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) to deliver pages and protect the site, under its own privacy terms. We do not add analytics or advertising trackers to the pages.
Outside services on our pages
- Product photo grids: your browser requests product data and images from repbuysheet.com. That service receives the request like any website would.
- Links out: links to KakoBuy, other agents and marketplaces take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
- Tools: the link converter and shipping calculator run entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent to us.
If you scan our QR code and message us, WhatsApp's own terms apply to the chat. We see your phone number, name as shown in WhatsApp and what you send. We use it only to reply and, if you order, to buy and ship your item and send tracking. We keep order details as long as needed for the order, returns and our records, and we never sell or share them except with the carrier needed to deliver your parcel.
Local storage
The site may remember small display preferences in your browser. You can clear them any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
To ask what we hold about you, or to have WhatsApp order details deleted, message us via the contact page. Residents of the EU and UK have rights of access, correction and erasure under GDPR and UK GDPR. More about the site on the about page.
