Xiamen, Fujian: what the help centre says
KakoBuy's warehouse is in Xiamen. Article 82 of its help centre says so in one line ("Kakobuy's warehouse is located at XIAMEN city"), and article 97, the address-filling guidance, gives a Chinese-language template in the Xiang'an District of Xiamen, Fujian Province, postal code 361000, inside an industrial park. We read both on 12 October 2026.
That article also lists a consignee name and a mobile number. We do not print them: they change, and a copied one is a good way to send a parcel into the void. The current details live inside your account, which is the only source worth trusting. The seller-days table below matters more than the street itself.
If you are here because a spreadsheet row on the KakoBuy spreadsheet mentions "warehouse", the short version is that every order you place through KakoBuy is delivered by the seller to that Xiamen address first, then inspected, then held until you submit a parcel.

The Guangdong contradiction
One KakoBuy article disagrees. Article 72, the inspection and photo rules for forwarding orders, says "our warehouse is located in Guangdong" and that a domestic parcel normally arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Guangdong is a different province from Fujian, so the two cannot both describe one site.
We cannot say for certain why. Possible reasons are an older article that was never updated or a second site that served forwarding parcels once. KakoBuy does not tell us which. Because article 97 carries a specific address template and article 82 names Xiamen outright, we treat Xiamen as the better-supported reading. Third-party pages that name Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Putian or Yiwu give no source, so we do not repeat them.
Why this matters: if you ship a parcel to the warehouse yourself, a wrong address can cost days or lose the parcel. Orders placed through KakoBuy's own item pages do not have that risk.
Two articles say Xiamen, a third says Guangdong; go with the address in your account.
Seller to warehouse: days by region
For goods that a seller has already sent, KakoBuy gives transit times to Xiamen by where the seller sits. These are working days, so weekends and Chinese public holidays add time.

The third column adds the 3 to 7 day dispatch window that KakoBuy's help centre quotes for Taobao sellers in article 81, so it is our own arithmetic, mixing working and calendar days. JD self-operated stores can ship the same day. The seller's location is usually shown on the marketplace page or in the QC row; if it is not, ask support through the chat before you rely on a deadline.
A concrete use: if you want two items in one parcel, the later seller sets the pace. A Shenzhen hoodie and a far-inland pair of boots do not travel together, so the parcel waits for the slower one. For how long it can wait free, see KakoBuy storage.

How to see the live address
You do not need the Xiamen address for a standard order. KakoBuy's item pages take the marketplace link, create the order and send it to the warehouse itself. The address only matters in two cases: when you buy elsewhere and want the item sent to KakoBuy for forwarding, or when you want to verify what a seller was given.
- Log in to your KakoBuy account.
- Open Member Center.
- In the International Forwarding column, click Warehouse Address.
- Copy the full address from that screen, not from a screenshot or a spreadsheet note.
That path is from article 93. Customer service answers questions about it between 08:00 and 20:00 Beijing time, per article 97; purchasing is processed from 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+8), as the working hours page covers. PayPal also expects your billing and shipping details to match, and the payment methods page lists the rest.

What the warehouse does
The Xiamen site is where KakoBuy's paid services happen. On arrival each item gets an inspection (colour, size, style and major damage) and is photographed. It is then stored free for 100 days, packed and shipped when you submit a parcel.

Because the warehouse also checks forwarding parcels for restricted items, anything battery-powered, liquid or magnetic may be steered to a specific line. The QC photos page goes through the photo rules in detail.

"Where is KakoBuy located?" Company versus warehouse
People ask two different questions with one phrase. The warehouse is in Xiamen. The company behind the website is a different matter: KakoBuy's About page names EVERYDAY GO INC at a Denver, Colorado address, its Service Terms put a UK company, ANXIN SHOPPING CO., LTD, in Beckenham, and the App Store lists Everyday Go Co., Limited in Hong Kong. Neither the Denver nor the UK address is a place you ship to. Sending anything to either would be a mistake. International parcels go out from Xiamen, and the cost of the trip is on the shipping page and in the shipping calculator.
Company addresses are for paperwork; Xiamen is where your goods go.

Until KakoBuy publishes something clearer, rely on the address shown inside your account.
How long does a seller take to deliver to the KakoBuy warehouse?
KakoBuy gives three figures for goods the seller has already sent: about 1 working day from the Pearl River Delta, 3 from the Yangtze River Delta and 7 from other areas. Add the seller's own dispatch time, which KakoBuy puts at 3 to 7 days for Taobao stores. A far-inland seller can therefore take around two weeks to reach Xiamen.
Where do I find the KakoBuy warehouse address for my account?
Log in, open Member Center, and under International Forwarding click Warehouse Address; that page shows the full current address. KakoBuy says the address-filling guidance is for parcels you send yourself, such as from a Taobao account. For ordinary orders placed through KakoBuy's item pages you do not need it at all.
Where is KakoBuy located as a company?
The company is not where the warehouse is. KakoBuy's About page names EVERYDAY GO INC in Denver, its Service Terms name a UK company, ANXIN SHOPPING CO., LTD, and the App Store developer is Everyday Go Co., Limited in Hong Kong. Parcels, inspection and photos are handled at the Xiamen warehouse, so that is the address that matters for delivery.
Does the warehouse location change shipping time to my country?
It sets the starting point only. Every international line leaves from China, and KakoBuy's estimator on 12 October 2026 quoted 7 to 13 days for the USPS Tax-Free line to the US, with a parcel shipped within 24 hours of submission. The slow part is usually the seller's leg before Xiamen, so check dispatch time before blaming the line.
