Spanish lines on the estimator, 12 October 2026
KakoBuy lists ten entries for a Spanish address. Dashes mean no quote at that weight, not a refusal, and KakoBuy says third-party prices follow the market, so check again before you pay.

Spain costs more than Germany on KakoBuy's estimator: the cheapest 1 kg quote is $26.89 against $23.70 for Germany, and $42.76 against $39.30 at 2 kg. Six of the ten entries carry Tariffless or Duty-Free in their names. EU Special Line - Spain, $33.40 for 1 kg, is $6.51 above the cheapest and hard to justify on price alone.
Spain runs about $3 per parcel above Germany at 1 kg and 2 kg, so price your parcel with the Spanish table.
The Spain CTT Line against the tariffless lines
The line name points to CTT, but KakoBuy does not publish the handover details, so we read the name as a hint about the delivery partner, not a promise. The numbers are clearer. At 500 g it is the cheapest entry in the list at $18.40. By 1 kg it is $2.75 above Europe Tariffless Line -K, and by 2 kg $5.62 above.
The premium grows with weight, so CTT suits the sub-kilogram parcel and the -K line suits everything heavier. The -K line also has a tariffless name, while CTT does not, which matters for the IVA question below. Windows are 7-15 days for CTT and 9-15 days for -K.
Use CTT only for parcels around 500 g; from 1 kg the -K line is cheaper.
IVA, the €3 and what Spanish buyers pay
Spain charges 21% IVA on imported goods from the first euro, which has applied since July 2021. Separately, the EU's €150 duty exemption ended on 1 July 2026 and was replaced by a flat €3 duty per tariff category in parcels up to €150, running until 1 July 2028, per the Council of the EU. KakoBuy's notice of 23 June 2026 says it charges €3 per parcel whatever the categories and adds it to shipping at checkout; on 1 July 2026 it said its EU duty-free lines include duties. Goods worth €100 therefore carry €21 in IVA.
The €3 KakoBuy fee is added at checkout per its notice. We can't tell from the estimator whether the quoted figures already include it, so the examples keep it as a separate line.
Plan for 21% IVA on the goods and a €3 line at checkout.
A 1 kg and a 2 kg parcel to Spain, costed
These are estimator quotes of 12 October 2026 (no dimensions) plus the customs declaration, generally ¥8, or about $1.12 at ¥1 ≈ $0.14. Euros are not converted. Goods are excluded.
1 kg, Europe Tariffless Line -K, 9-15 days: $26.89 + $1.12 = $28.01, plus €3 at checkout
1 kg, Spain CTT Line, 7-15 days: $29.64 + $1.12 = $30.76, plus €3 at checkout
1 kg, Europe DHL Line (Express Line), 8-18 days: $33.69 + $1.12 = $34.81, plus €3 at checkout
2 kg, Europe Tariffless Line -K: $42.76 + $1.12 = $43.88, plus €3 at checkout
2 kg, Spain CTT Line: $48.38 + $1.12 = $49.50, plus €3 at checkout
2 kg, DHL Duty-Free Fast Line J (No Battery): $50.69 + $1.12 = $51.81, plus €3 at checkout
The CTT premium over -K is $2.75 at 1 kg and $5.62 at 2 kg, which is 10.2% and 13.1% of the cheaper line. The shipping calculator lets you enter your own quote.
Over two kilograms the CTT line costs $5.62 more than the -K line.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
These three sit outside the EU VAT area, and the Canary Islands apply IGIC rather than IVA. The estimator offers one Spain destination, and KakoBuy says nothing we could find about island or enclave postcodes. Before paying, ask support whether your line accepts the address and what tax arrives with the parcel. Do not assume the mainland pricing and the €3 logic carry over.
If you live outside the mainland, confirm the line accepts your postcode before you submit.
Batteries, timing and a short summary en español
For electronics, ups-Tariffless Line-electrified ($27.60 for 1 kg) and Europe Tariffless Line - electrified ($28.26) are the battery-ready entries; DHL Fast Line J says No Battery. The shortest window is EU Special Line - Spain at 7-12 days, then the CTT line at 7-15.
En breve: KakoBuy envía a España, el IVA de importación es del 21 por ciento y KakoBuy cobra 3 euros por paquete según su aviso del 23 de junio de 2026. Para Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla consulte antes con el soporte. See also the Germany page for the same EU rules, the duty-free lines page and the shipping page. If you would rather not open an agent account, scan our WhatsApp QR on the contact page and pay per order.
Pick the line by weight and battery rules, then budget the IVA and the €3.
Questions buyers ask
Does KakoBuy ship to Spain, and what does it cost?
Yes. The estimator listed ten Spanish line entries on 12 October 2026. A 1 kg parcel ranged from $26.89 on Europe Tariffless Line -K to $33.92 on Europe Tariffless Line -M, and 2 kg from $42.76 to $50.69. Add about $1.12 for the customs declaration and KakoBuy's €3 per parcel, which it adds at checkout.
Is the Spain CTT Line worth choosing?
Only for light parcels. At 500 g it was the cheapest entry at $18.40, ten cents under ups-Tariffless Line-electrified. At 1 kg it cost $29.64 against $26.89 on Europe Tariffless Line -K, and at 2 kg $48.38 against $42.76. Its 7-15 day window is similar to the -K line's 9-15 days, so price decides.
How much IVA will I pay on a KakoBuy parcel to Spain?
Spain applies 21% IVA on imports from the first euro, so goods worth €100 carry €21. KakoBuy says its EU duty-free lines include duties, but the estimator does not show whether IVA is included and we could not verify it. Treat 21% as a likely charge unless checkout or support says it is prepaid.
Does KakoBuy deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?
We found no published KakoBuy statement either way. These territories sit outside the EU VAT area, and the Canary Islands apply IGIC instead of IVA, so the usual EU lines may not apply. Ask support whether your chosen line accepts the postcode before paying, and expect different tax treatment on arrival.
How long does KakoBuy take to ship to Spain?
Line windows on 12 October 2026 ran from 7-12 days (EU Special Line - Spain) to 11-26 days (Europe Tariffless Line). The Spain CTT Line was 7-15 days. Add 1 to 7 working days from seller to warehouse and about 2 working days for pickup. rep.tools published no Spain-specific timing, so we cannot give a measured door-to-door figure.
