Why JoyaGoo shows up in old spreadsheets
Some shared sheets still carry the name JoyaBuy. On 31 March 2025 the agent renamed itself JoyaGoo, so a column labelled JoyaBuy is usually a link to the same service under its old brand. Our JoyaBuy page covers rescuing those rows. This page assumes the opposite situation: you hold a KakoBuy sheet and want JoyaGoo as the backup.
Status on 12 October 2026: Open. The site loaded in a browser on 6 October, and plain scripted requests met a Cloudflare challenge on 12 October, which is routine protection.
JoyaGoo is the current name; treat JoyaBuy rows as the same service with an outdated label.
The link template, and what to do for Taobao and 1688
Take a Weidian address, weidian.com/item.html?itemID=<id>. The JoyaGoo pattern in our notes is joyagoo.com/product?id=<id>&platform=WEIDIAN. A KakoBuy link uses kakobuy.com/item/details?url= plus the encoded marketplace address, so the number you need is inside it.
- Paste the KakoBuy row into the link converter to get the plain Weidian, Taobao or 1688 address.
- For Weidian, copy the number after
itemID=into the JoyaGoo pattern above. - For Taobao or 1688, paste the original address into JoyaGoo's search box, because we did not verify a template.
- Compare the title and variant list with the spreadsheet row.
Weidian rows can be rewritten by hand; others go through the search box.

rep.tools earns a KakoBuy affiliate commission, which is why we label its figures instead of presenting them as official.
The headline terms are near-identical; JoyaGoo's are less firmly sourced.
What changes by destination
Neither agent changes customs law. In the US the $800 duty-free level ended in 2025; EU parcels up to €150 carry a flat €3 duty per tariff category from 1 July 2026, and KakoBuy charges €3 per parcel and shows duty-free lines. UK VAT up to £135 is collected at the point of sale. KakoBuy's estimator on 12 October 2026 quoted $24.67 for 1,000 g to Germany on its Tariffless Line -K and $26.89 to Spain. Only buy from the domain you typed yourself, not from a link in a chat message. JoyaGoo and JoyaBuy are real names, but lookalikes are easy to register.

A sensible way to use two agents
Keep KakoBuy as the main account and use JoyaGoo only for a row that failed. Read the KakoBuy legitimacy check if outage rumours worry you; rep.tools said claims of a raid in mid-August 2026 had no support. Pay each order when you place it. Questions buyers ask
Is JoyaGoo the same company as JoyaBuy?
Yes, according to the agent status information we use: JoyaBuy was renamed JoyaGoo on 31 March 2025. Spreadsheets made before that date may still say JoyaBuy in their column headers or link text. Treat those rows as ordinary marketplace listings, extract the original address and rebuy through JoyaGoo or KakoBuy, whichever is working that day.
What does a JoyaGoo product link look like?
For Weidian items the pattern we have is joyagoo.com/product?id=ID&platform=WEIDIAN, where ID is the number after itemID= in the Weidian address. We did not verify the equivalent parameter for Taobao or 1688, so for those paste the original marketplace address into JoyaGoo's search box instead of guessing a pattern, and compare the variants on the page with the spreadsheet row before paying.
Does JoyaGoo charge a service fee?
A third-party directory, rep.tools, lists zero commission and 90 days of storage; we could not confirm this against JoyaGoo's own terms, because its site sits behind a bot challenge that blocked our plain request on 12 October 2026. KakoBuy's own help page, by contrast, states no handling fee. Check the order summary before paying.
Why did my plain request to JoyaGoo hit a challenge page?
Cloudflare, a common bot-protection service, answered our automated request with a challenge page on 12 October 2026. We treat that as normal protection, not evidence of closure, and kept the 5 October status of Open. A browser with normal cookies usually passes. If a link asks for card details on an unfamiliar address instead, stop and compare the domain.
Is JoyaGoo's Trustpilot score higher than KakoBuy's?
On 5 October 2026 JoyaGoo showed 4.6 from 2,922 reviews. KakoBuy showed 4.2 from 321 reviews on 12 October. The two readings are a week apart and Trustpilot scores shift, so do not treat 0.4 points as a ranking. Both are open signals; neither replaces paying per order and checking QC photos.
Should I keep stored items at both agents?
Avoid it. KakoBuy gives 100 free days from the in-storage status and JoyaGoo is listed at 90, so two stores mean two clocks and two parcels with their own shipping. Send each order's items through the agent that bought them, and use the second agent only for rows that failed or were never paid.
