Who should consider LoongBuy as a backup
LoongBuy sits on our agents hub with the label Open: its site responded on 12 October 2026, although behind a bot-protection page. We write this page more cautiously than most because less of it could be read first-hand.
- Suits: an unpaid row where you want a second quote and are happy to test with one cheap item.
- Suits: a buyer who likes using a phone app for agents.
- Does not suit: a buyer who needs published terms for every fee before paying.
Small and untested; a one-order trial, nothing more.

What a bot wall means for you
A Cloudflare challenge asks a visitor to prove they are human before the page loads. Real browsers pass; scripts do not. We saw one on 12 October 2026 and read it as normal protection, not as a shutdown. The practical effect is on us: we could not read every LoongBuy term, so we label the zero-fee and photo-count lines as third-party. You can close that gap yourself by opening the fees and storage pages in a browser before paying. KakoBuy's equivalents are in its help centre, summarised on our fees page.
Verify the fee and storage pages in your own browser first.
Switching a row from KakoBuy
KakoBuy builds pages from kakobuy.com/item/details?url= plus the encoded marketplace address. LoongBuy's pattern, per third-party tools, is loongbuy.com/product-details?url= plus the same kind of encoded address.
- Copy what follows
url=from the KakoBuy link, or run it through the link converter. - Check it is a live Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address.
- Paste it into LoongBuy's search box, or append it to the pattern above on the real domain.
- Match photo, variants and price; pay only for that order.
| Term | LoongBuy | KakoBuy (12 Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Service fee | None, third-party claim | None; item, shipping, customs |
| Free storage | 90 days | 100 days |
| Free QC photos | 3 to 6, third-party | Not published |
| Extra photos | Not found | ¥2 each |
| Declaration | Not found | Generally ¥8 |
| Trustpilot | 3.2 / 9 | 4.2 / 321 |
Swapping the front half of the link is easy; verifying terms is the work.
Duty, VAT and shipping from LoongBuy
Customs rules follow your address. Canadian parcels from China are free of duty and tax only up to CAD 20, EU parcels carry the flat €3 duty per tariff category since 1 July 2026, and the US ended its $800 threshold in 2025. KakoBuy's estimator quoted $23.49 for 1,000 g on its Canada HD Line (7-18 days) and $20.24 on Canada Sea Packet-F (35-45 days) on 12 October 2026, no dimensions; our Canada page has the lines. We found no LoongBuy line prices, so request an estimate at the same weight.
If a second account seems like too much work, scan our WhatsApp QR on the contact page and pay per order. The LitBuy page covers another agent with limited public evidence.
No LoongBuy price is trustworthy until you have a quote in hand.
Questions buyers ask
What is LoongBuy's link template?
Third-party link tools give loongbuy.com/product-details?url= followed by the URL-encoded Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address. KakoBuy uses a similar shape, kakobuy.com/item/details?url=, so converting a row mostly means swapping the front part of the address. Always check the resulting page shows the same photo, size options and price as your spreadsheet row.
Does LoongBuy charge an agent service fee?
A third-party directory says LoongBuy charges no agent service fee. We could not confirm that on a LoongBuy page, because its site sat behind a Cloudflare challenge when we checked with a plain request. Until you see a full quote at checkout, treat the zero-fee line as a claim, not a published term.
Why could we not read all of LoongBuy's pages?
On 12 October 2026 a plain request met a Cloudflare challenge page. That is routine bot protection and not evidence of closure, and the same happened for several other open agents. It does mean some terms were only readable through third-party sources, which is why we label them as such throughout.
How many QC photos does LoongBuy send?
Third-party sources give 3 to 6 photos per item, which overlaps the 3 to 5 that the community reports for KakoBuy. KakoBuy publishes no free count itself and charges ¥2 for each extra personalised photo. We could not verify a LoongBuy price for extra photos, so ask support before paying.
Does LoongBuy have an app?
Yes. It has an Android app and an iOS app that appeared in July 2026. KakoBuy has an iOS app, rated 3.6 from 148 ratings in the US store on 12 October 2026, and an Android APK served from its own site. Download apps only through links on each agent's real domain.
Is LoongBuy safe to put a big order on?
Not yet on this evidence. Trustpilot showed 3.2 from only 9 reviews on 5 October 2026, and the company named is LOONGBUY TECHNOLOGY (HK) CO., LIMITED. That is a thin record. Use one low-value order, pay per order, keep screenshots, and compare the result with the same item priced at KakoBuy.
