What the rename did to your spreadsheet

A sheet headed "JoyaBuy" was written when the agent still used that name. On 31 March 2025 it became JoyaGoo, so on our agents hub the old name carries the label Moved. Nothing on this page says the service stopped; it says the label on your sheet is stale. If you want the current agent's own details, use the JoyaGoo page.

The useful part of any row is the marketplace listing behind it, not the JoyaBuy address. That listing can be bought through KakoBuy, whichever agent the sheet's author used.

Moved, not closed: salvage the listing, ignore the old brand.

Rescue steps for one old row

1. Copy the old JoyaBuy link. Look for an id= value and, if present, a platform= value such as WEIDIAN. JoyaGoo's current Weidian pattern is joyagoo.com/product?id=<id>&platform=WEIDIAN; we could not check what the old JoyaBuy address looked like.
2. Rebuild the original marketplace address from the id, using the table below.
3. Paste it into the KakoBuy link converter, which returns the item link in KakoBuy's format.
4. Open the KakoBuy item page and compare the title, variants and current CNY price with the sheet.
5. Place the order and pay that one order, not a larger amount in advance.

The item number is the only part you need; the rest is rebuilt.

Money and goods still on the old account

If you paid for items or left a parcel under the JoyaBuy name, deal with that first. Sign in at the JoyaGoo domain you type yourself. A third-party directory lists 90 days of storage there, so check dates. KakoBuy holds items 100 days, but that rule covers KakoBuy orders only. We cannot say how histories moved in the rename, so ask support if anything is missing, and keep screenshots.

Settle old balances and parcels at JoyaGoo, and start new rows at KakoBuy.

Which old rows to drop rather than rescue

A sheet from before the rename is at least 18 months old by October 2026, and sellers delist or reprice listings quietly. Drop a row if the KakoBuy item page fails to load, if the variants no longer match, or if the price has moved well beyond the sheet. Keep a row only if the live listing still matches what the sheet promised.

Questions buyers ask

Is JoyaBuy shut down?

No. Our status notes say JoyaBuy was renamed JoyaGoo on 31 March 2025, so we label it Moved rather than Closed. The brand on old sheets is outdated, but the service continues under the new name, and JoyaGoo kept its Open status on 12 October 2026 (a bot check met our plain request). What can break is an old link format, not the agent itself.

Will my old JoyaBuy order history still be there?

We could not confirm. Nothing in our notes says how accounts or order histories were carried across the rename, and we did not log in. Before relying on it, sign in to JoyaGoo with your old details and look for past orders, parcels and stored items. If anything is missing, contact JoyaGoo support and keep any email receipts.

Can I paste a JoyaBuy link into KakoBuy?

Not directly. KakoBuy expects a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address, or its own item/details?url= wrapper. Read the id in the old link, rebuild the marketplace address from it, and paste that. Our link converter accepts the plain marketplace address and returns a KakoBuy item link in one step, so the old agent name never matters.

What happens to money or items I left at JoyaBuy?

Treat them as sitting with JoyaGoo, since it is the same service renamed, and ship or withdraw them there. JoyaGoo is listed at 90 days of free storage by a third-party directory, so a long-forgotten parcel may already be past its window. We could not verify any refund rule. Ask support before assuming either way.

Should I switch to KakoBuy or stay with JoyaGoo?

For rows you have not paid for, either works. KakoBuy gives 100 free storage days and states no handling fee; JoyaGoo is listed at 90 days and zero commission, and showed 4.6 on Trustpilot from 2,922 reviews on 5 October 2026. Choose by the final shipping quote on the same weight, and pay per order.

Do old JoyaBuy sheets list outdated prices?

Often. Prices in a sheet are a snapshot of a seller listing and can change daily, and older sheets predate March 2025. KakoBuy's item page shows the current CNY price and an estimated shipping cost, so open each row there and compare with the sheet. If the price has moved noticeably, drop the row.
