Start with the address bar
Spreadsheet tabs often send people to the wrong BBDBuy. Our check on 5 October 2026 found the real agent at bbdbuy.com, while bbdbuy.fr is a lookalike that the third-party site ScamAdviser scored 0 out of 100. That score is an opinion, not a verdict, but the cost of caution is zero: type the .com address yourself.
The same habit helps with KakoBuy. Its own site is kakobuy.com, and the legitimacy page lists the three company names it shows in different places.
Use bbdbuy.com only, and never a link from a sheet cell.
Reasons to pick BBDBuy as the second agent
- Suits: a buyer who wants a stated number of free photos (three) rather than a community estimate.
- Suits: a haul that might need up to 180 days of storage.
- Does not suit: anyone who cannot check the domain, or who expects the special-item charge to be zero.
A spare with clear photo and fee numbers, provided you reach the right site.
Fee lines and photo rules, next to KakoBuy
| Point | BBDBuy | KakoBuy |
|---|---|---|
| Service fee | 0 on general platforms | None beyond item and shipping |
| Special items | 10 RMB per item | Not applicable |
| Free storage | 90 days, up to 180 | 100 days |
| Free QC photos | 3 | Not published |
| Extra photo | Not found | ¥2 |
| Payment | Not found in our notes | PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Wise |
| Trustpilot | 4.5 from 161 (6 Oct) | 4.2 from 321 (12 Oct) |
The special-item charge is the one to watch. On a 5-item order where all five are flagged, 5 × 10 RMB = 50 RMB, about $7. BBDBuy's pages do not list which items count as special, so we cannot say how often it applies.
Fees match KakoBuy on ordinary rows and differ on special items.
Moving the row across
We recorded no BBDBuy product-link pattern, so the route is manual. Open the KakoBuy product page, read the marketplace address after url= (the link converter decodes it), and paste that address into BBDBuy's search box. Check the shop name, the CNY price and any special-item flag before you pay.
- Decode the KakoBuy link.
- Open bbdbuy.com by typing it.
- Paste the marketplace address into search.
- Pay for that one order only, when you place it.
No link template is known, so search by the original address.
Storage and what it means for your country
KakoBuy's free period is 100 days; BBDBuy's is 90, extendable to a maximum of 180. The KakoBuy storage page covers the cooling-off rules. Customs are set by your country: since 1 July 2026 an EU parcel faces a €3 flat duty per tariff category, which KakoBuy covers per parcel at checkout. BBDBuy's own approach is not in our notes, so check its estimator for a German address, and read our Germany page for the KakoBuy side.
Other backups are on the agents hub, for example LoveGoBuy. If you want help comparing carts, scan the QR on the contact page.
Ship inside 90 days and confirm customs handling before paying.
Questions buyers ask
Is bbdbuy.fr the real BBDBuy?
No. Our check on 5 October 2026 found that the real site is bbdbuy.com and that bbdbuy.fr is a lookalike, which ScamAdviser scored 0 out of 100. That score is third-party and only a risk signal. Type bbdbuy.com yourself rather than following a spreadsheet link, and never enter card or PayPal details on the .fr address.
How many QC photos does BBDBuy include?
Three free photos, according to its own pages read on 6 October 2026. KakoBuy does not publish its free count; community estimates are 3 to 5 and extra personalised photos cost ¥2 each. If a row has complicated stitching or sizing, ask BBDBuy whether more photos can be requested before you pay for the order.
What does BBDBuy charge on top of the item price?
Its own pages show 0 on general platforms and a special charge of 10 RMB per item, which is about $1.40 at ¥1 ≈ $0.14. KakoBuy's help centre charges nothing beyond item cost and shipping, plus a declaration generally around ¥8 per parcel. Look for the special-item flag in your BBDBuy cart before paying.
How long will BBDBuy keep my haul?
Its pages say 90 days, with a maximum of 180. We did not find the price of extending, so do not count on the long end. KakoBuy gives 100 days free, then ¥10 per order per 30 days. For a quick backup order, aim to ship within 90 days at BBDBuy.
Is BBDBuy's Trustpilot score trustworthy?
It reads well but should be placed in context. BBDBuy showed 4.5 from 161 reviews on 6 October 2026, and 4.6 from 158 the day before. KakoBuy showed 4.2 from 321 on 12 October. The pools differ in size and age, so use the score to shortlist BBDBuy and then test with one order.
