Three KakoBuy addresses opened for us on 18 October 2026: www.kakobuy.com, kakobuy.com without the www, and m.kakobuy.com. The first two showed the same site; the third is a mobile version. The login screen sits at www.kakobuy.com/login and the registration form at www.kakobuy.com/register.

We did not test whether one sign-in carries across the addresses, so sign in again on the one you use. Who runs the company behind them is a separate question; our legitimacy check lists the three names KakoBuy gives in three places, and the facts sheet holds the other dated numbers.

What m.kakobuy.com shows
The mobile site opens on a search box labelled for "Taobao, Tmall, 1688, JD, Weidian Product URL or Keywords". Under it sit Beginner's Guide, Estimate, Fill & Buy and Transfer order. A tutorial strip lists five steps: create an account, find an item, quality check, confirm receipt, ship the parcel. A bottom bar offers Home, Cart, Message and Mine.
It suits anyone who does not want to install anything. For the installable version, the KakoBuy app page compares what the app and the website do. People type "m.kakobuy" into a search engine and tap the first result; type it into the address bar instead, or bookmark it once from the main site.
m.kakobuy.com is KakoBuy's phone layout, with a five-step flow and a Mine tab for the account.
Sign up, log in and reset a password
KakoBuy accounts run on an e-mail address. The interface says you can sign in with the registered e-mail, and the reset page asks for "the e-mail address associated with your account". These strings come from the web interface; we did not create an account, so later screens may differ.
- Open the form. Go to www.kakobuy.com/register ("Account Sign Up"), or press "Free Sign Up" on the login screen.
- Enter e-mail and password. Use an address you can open now; the site prompts you to verify it to "protect your account security".
- Tick the agreement. The box says you have read and agree to the KakoBuy user registration protocol and privacy statement.
- Decide on the Invitation code. The field is marked optional. What a code does for its owner is on our invitation code page.
- Verify the e-mail, then sign in.
To reset a password, press "Forget Password?", enter the account e-mail and follow the message to set a new one. If nothing arrives, check spam and the spelling of the address before asking again. On the login page, choose the "Buy Chinese goods" tab for ordinary item orders; the other tabs are "Transport worldwide" and a bulk transportation option.
E-mail is the key: sign-up, verification, login and reset all depend on an address you can open.
Spotting a lookalike login page
A lookalike login steals the password that guards your orders and addresses. These are general web checks, not a list of bad sites; we name no lookalike domains, because the names change.
- Exact domain. The host must be kakobuy.com or end in .kakobuy.com. Our official site check has the hostname tests.
- HTTPS. The padlock is necessary but not enough, since lookalikes get certificates too.
- Typed, not tapped. Reach login by typing the address or a bookmark. A login link in a DM, comment or sheet tab is a common way accounts get stolen.
- Nobody needs your password or your e-mail verification code, including "support" and anyone offering a code.
- A security check proves nothing. KakoBuy's own site loads a Cloudflare Turnstile check, so one is normal, but any page can display a similar box. A check page alone does not show a site is legitimate.

Use chat for urgent problems and e-mail when you need attachments. Discord is a community space, so treat other members' replies as opinions and never post an order number beside a screenshot of your account. Our own contact page reaches us, not KakoBuy, and we cannot reset your password.

When login fails
Work outward from the simple causes. Retype the e-mail by hand. Try "Forget Password?", since a reset also proves the address is yours. Try another browser or a private window, then the mobile address. If every route errors for several minutes, check the site itself on our KakoBuy not working page, which has an incident log and an error table that covers verification codes that never arrive.
If nothing works, write once to support with your registered e-mail, the exact message and the times you tried. Do not send a password. If you would rather not run your own account, scan the WhatsApp QR on our contact page and pay per order.

What is the official KakoBuy login page?
The login page we opened on 18 October 2026 was www.kakobuy.com/login, headed "Account Login", with a "Forget Password?" link and a "Free Sign Up" button. The bare kakobuy.com address and the mobile site m.kakobuy.com also loaded. Type the address yourself or use a bookmark, because a login link in a chat message cannot be verified by looking at it.
Is m.kakobuy.com the real KakoBuy mobile site?
It loaded on 18 October 2026 under KakoBuy's own domain, and it is built for phones: a search box for Taobao, Tmall, 1688, JD and Weidian links or keywords, a Beginner's Guide, an Estimate tool and a bottom bar of Home, Cart, Message and Mine. It is the same service in a narrower layout, not a separate account system.
Can I log in to KakoBuy with a username instead of an e-mail?
KakoBuy's interface says "You can log in to kakobuy using the registered email address", and its reset flow asks for the e-mail linked to the account. We found no username option on 18 October 2026. If you cannot remember which address you used, try each one you own before contacting support with the order numbers you do remember.
Do I need an invitation code to register?
No. The registration form marks the field "Invitation code (optional)" and registration works without it. You only need to tick the box confirming you accept KakoBuy's user registration protocol and privacy statement. Why does KakoBuy show a security check before the page loads?
KakoBuy's site loads a Cloudflare Turnstile script, a bot check used by many sites. Seeing one is normal, but it proves nothing: any page can show a similar check. Judge the page by its exact domain and by whether it only asks for the details you expected, never by the presence of a check box.
When can KakoBuy support answer a login problem?
Customer service hours are 8:00 to 20:00 Beijing time, which is 20:00 to 08:00 in New York and 02:00 to 14:00 in Berlin in mid-October 2026. The live chat and [email protected] are the official routes. Write one message with your e-mail address, the error text and what you already tried, and expect a reply inside those hours.
