What the affiliate program is
The Affiliate Program is a section of the KakoBuy user centre that turns an account into a referral account. KakoBuy's wording on 18 October 2026: "Once you become a member, your account will immediately have a 3.5% rebate rate." It adds that the more users you invite who pay international freight, the higher the rate becomes. Everyone who registers through your QR code or link becomes one of "your affiliate users".
KakoBuy also claims rebates "as high as one million yuan, there is no ceiling". That is KakoBuy's own claim: no level table, cap or example income is published to back it.
This page covers the dashboard, the money and the rules. A buyer wondering what a pasted code does will find the shorter answer on the invitation code page, which handles sign-up and Reddit codes; we do not repeat it.
Membership starts at a 3.5% rebate rate, and every higher claim is KakoBuy's own.
How the commission is calculated
The base is the shipping fee on the invited user's international parcels, not the item price. KakoBuy's formula, as stated: the invited user's parcel shipping fee multiplied by the Bonus Rate. Item costs and service extras are not named as part of the base, and KakoBuy does not say how a coupon on the parcel changes it.
| Element | What KakoBuy says | Published? |
|---|---|---|
| Starting rate | 3.5% on joining | Yes |
| Rate increase | Rises with more invited users' freight, through levels | Direction only; steps not published |
| Base | Invited user's parcel shipping fee | Yes |
| Trigger | Invited user has received the parcel | Yes |
| Verification | Orders verified for 30 to 60 days | Yes |
| Withdrawal minimum | "A certain amount" | No |
The levels sit under "My Level", which shows a "Total Exp" figure, next to a "My Privilege" panel. KakoBuy does not publish the table that links experience to rate, so any forecast above 3.5% is a guess.
Shipping fee times Bonus Rate, with only the first rate published.
When it is paid, and how to take it out
Commission moves through two states. The Affiliate User list shows a settled and an unsettled waybill amount for each person, and the money you can use appears as "Available bonus balance". A parcel in transit, or received but inside the 30 to 60 day check, is unsettled. After verification it moves to the available balance.
The trigger is receipt, so a slow line delays your money; the shipping time page splits a parcel's journey into stages.
KakoBuy names two uses for the balance. It can be withdrawn once it reaches an amount the page does not state, or it can pay service fees on KakoBuy, listed on our fees page. The Withdraw section asks for an account and an amount and shows a status. We did not complete a withdrawal, so account types, fees and processing times are unknown to us. Read the minimum in your own dashboard before counting on a cash-out.
Expect one to two months from a friend's parcel to money you can use.

The user list is the useful part, since it shows who actually ships. A separate KakoBuy activity for posting haul or QC videos is headed "Up to 100% cash reward"; that is KakoBuy's claim, conditions unverified.
The affiliate user list tells you who ships; sign-ups alone pay nothing.
Worked example: 20 buyers, two parcels each
This is hypothetical. A creator's audience produces 20 buyers who each ship two parcels in a year to the United States. Each parcel weighs 1 kg on the USPS Tax-Free Line, which KakoBuy's estimator quoted at $39.28 on 12 October 2026, no dimensions. The rate is the 3.5% starting rate.
Parcels: 20 buyers × 2 parcels = 40
Shipping fees: 40 × $39.28 = $1,571.20
Commission at 3.5%: $1,571.20 × 0.035 = $54.99 a year
Per buyer: $54.99 ÷ 20 = about $2.75 a year
If the rate were 4% (a guess; no steps are published): $1,571.20 × 0.04 = $62.85
Replace the line and weight with your own audience's typical parcel in our shipping calculator.
Twenty buyers shipping two 1 kg US parcels earn about $55 a year at 3.5%.
The invite event is a separate one-off
Besides the rebate, KakoBuy's events pay for referrals inside a fixed window. In the Halloween 2026 round (15 to 31 October 2026), a friend counts once cumulative payments reach ¥100. The announced rewards: 1 friend, ¥50; 5 friends, ¥200; 10 friends, ¥500; 30 friends, ¥1,000; 50 friends, ¥2,000. The 20 buyers above would reach the 10-friend tier, ¥500 (about $70 at ¥1 ≈ $0.14), once, and only if the window were open and each had paid ¥100.
It does not replace the rebate. Treat it as a bonus that comes with a campaign. Buyer-side event coupons are on the coupons page.
The event reward is one-off and dated; the rebate is the recurring line.
Rules, disclosure and who this suits
KakoBuy's rules disqualify invalid referrals and multiple accounts, which includes inviting yourself with a second account. Do not post a login anywhere. A referral that ends in a lost parcel costs you trust as well as a commission, so read the legitimacy check before staking an audience on one agent.
Disclose. As general advice, say plainly beside a link that it is a referral link and that you earn when people ship, every time. This is practice, not legal advice, and we make no claims about any country's rules. Our Reddit and Discord page shows how referral links circulate there.
The programme suits creators and sheet makers whose audience already orders. Store owners and creators who want to ask about our WhatsApp buying service can use the QR on the contact page.
Disclose every referral link, keep to one account, and judge the programme by shipped parcels.
Questions buyers ask
How much can one referred buyer earn me per year?
It depends on how much that buyer ships, since the commission is a share of the shipping fee. At the starting 3.5% rate, a buyer who sends two parcels at the $39.28 quote for 1 kg to the US yields about $2.75 in total. That is why creators need volume, and why KakoBuy's rate-raising levels matter more than the first percentage.
When does KakoBuy actually pay affiliate commission?
KakoBuy says the reward is paid once the invited user has received the parcel, and that orders are verified for 30 to 60 days before commission moves to the available balance. Until then it shows as unsettled in your list of affiliate users. Expect roughly one to two months before the first money for a new referral becomes usable.
Can I withdraw the commission as cash?
KakoBuy's dashboard has a Withdraw section asking for an account, an amount and showing a status, and the page says bonus can be withdrawn after reaching a certain amount. That minimum is not published, and the account types are not listed. The other stated use is paying KakoBuy service fees, so check the withdrawal rules inside your own dashboard first.
Is there a ceiling on affiliate earnings?
KakoBuy's own wording claims rebates "as high as one million yuan, there is no ceiling". That is a marketing claim, and it should be read as a statement that no cap is published, not as an expected income. The rate steps that would lead anywhere near that figure are not published either, so treat the claim as unverified.
Do I have to tell readers my KakoBuy link is an affiliate link?
As general advice, yes: say so beside the link, in plain words, before the click. A link that pays you changes how a reader should weigh your recommendation, and many platforms and advertising rules expect disclosure. We make no legal claim about any country; check the rules of the place you publish and of the platform you post on.
Do buyers pay more when they use my affiliate link?
KakoBuy's wording describes the rebate as a reward calculated from the invited user's shipping fee and does not say it is added to the buyer's bill. Our reading is that the price the buyer sees is unchanged, but KakoBuy does not spell this out. Compare quotes in the estimator before and after signing up, if you want to be sure.
